St George Hospital is a principal teaching hospital of UNSW Sydney in Southern Sydney and a major tertiary referral centre. Dr Choi is a Staff Specialist Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist, involved in the busy IBD clinic and providing gastroscopy, colonoscopy and related endoscopic care through the Day Surgery Unit. His role also includes teaching medical students and junior doctors, and contributing to clinical research.
